My name is Cecilia. Before then, I was COO four years at the, at the time, fastest-growing business of all time (Groupon). I’ve hired and managed hundreds of people, grown several scaleups as CMO and COO, and coached 200+ leaders in my 12 years as a coach.

With deep expertise in how to build efficient and customer-centric businesses, coupled with experience of coaching hundreds of leaders – my sweet spot is in finding leader-career fit.

One of my superpowers is getting t to the heart of what moves the needle.

With one foot deeply in tech, systems and efficient operations, and the other deep in human behavior and potential – for a long time struggled to find my identity.

I’m equally comfortable building efficient internal systems, as with going deep in a hard conversation.
